Historical organizations across Texas do extraordinary work in their own communities. The Affiliate Program creates a way to connect that work through a broader statewide network.
Connect
Build relationships with historical organizations, commissions, museums, libraries, associations, and others working throughout Texas.
Collaborate
Find opportunities to share ideas, coordinate efforts, develop programs, and learn from organizations facing similar challenges and opportunities.
Gather
Use the TSHA Annual Meeting as a place to meet, exchange ideas, host organizational activities, and strengthen relationships across the Texas history community.
Shape the Program
Help TSHA identify new ways to strengthen partnerships and build an Affiliate Program that responds to the needs of organizations across Texas.
A Statewide Meeting Place
The TSHA Annual Meeting provides a natural setting for affiliate organizations to connect with one another and with the broader Texas history community.
As the program develops, opportunities may include shared meeting space, exhibits, collaborative events and presentations, and additional ways for participating organizations to gather and engage.
